Spring Break 2010
We are all enjoyed our time off from school. Bill has golfed several times during some unseasonably warm days. Spent the day Monday scrapbooking, on Tuesday the kids and I went to the Cincinnati Zoo, Wednesday we headed to the Cincinnati Museum Center, on Thursday we hung out at home, on Friday we headed to Columbus to visit COSI, but it was crazy busy so we saw How to Train Your Dragon in 3D IMAX, then Saturday and Sunday were at a baseball tourney, which we WON!
Week of March 29th
Easter Sunday! Read about our day here.
Our little hoop star...practicing up for the big game. His daddy, my husband, is a big DUKE fan.
The kids hung out with Grandma while I got my haircut.
Guess what came down our street this afternoon....the ice cream truck!
Enjoying the beauty around us...buds opening up all around our yard!
Playing outside...loving the fresh air!
Just hanging out...playing in the basement....

Easter Sunday
We started the day off with church. It was a great musical cantata. We then came home to gather our things, then head to my parent's house for Easter lunch. We got things going for lunch as we waited for Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Tracy, and Uncle Matt since their church is later that ours. Lunch was the traditional delicious pork roast, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and more! The kids opened Easter baskets from both Grandma + Grandpa and Tracy + Matt full of fun stuff like yummy, candy, baseball cards, Littlest Pet shops, airplanes to fly, and shrinky-dinks jewelry to make. (Thank you!!) We spent the afternoon enjoying the wonderful, unseasonably warm, sunshine and each other! An egg hunt ensued and the kiddos found eggs loaded with change! I was a great day!!
